Located on a quiet inlet on the shore of City Island in the Bronx, our first property had three single-family homes, all in need of updating. We partnered with The Osborne Association to hire formerly incarcerated contractors for the renovations. Together we were able to carefully uncover and preserve some original details of the 1800’s structure. A single-mother with three children moved in and we proved the concept could work.
